A Labrador Retriever is thawing out after being rescued from a muddy Sudbury pond. Garrett Reid, 25, the dog owner's nephew, spent an hour in hip high mud coaxing "Riley" to safety. Riley's companion, Sophie, led owners Chris and Alison Boland to the pond.
